Description

The Concept: Japanese Profile, Criollo Soul

The Kiritsuke Criollo knife is a signature piece where two worlds collide: the clinical functionality of Japanese blade geometry and the traditional craft of Rioplatense silverwork. Hand-forged in Catamarca, Argentina, this straight-profile knife is designed for those who demand a superior cutting tool with the soul of an heirloom.

Kiritsuke Criollo: The Electro-Mai Blade

The 195mm blade is hand-forged using the Electro-Mai technique, integrating SAE 1095 high-carbon steel with SAE 308 stainless steel. The resulting pattern is a natural, unrepeatable consequence of the forge-welding process, offering a dramatic visual contrast and a razor-sharp edge. Explore more One-of-a-Kind Pieces.

 Silverwork & Craftsmanship

The hilt is a feat of professional silverwork, crafted entirely from Alpaca (German Silver) with manual chiseled details and Silver welds. Despite its robust appearance, the knife is perfectly balanced at 165g (5.8 oz). The premium vegetable-tanned leather sheath is also hand-chiseled with geometric motifs to match the piece. This collector’s item belongs to our Heritage & Silverwork collection.
